Raising the Mainsail:  Raising the sail is simple and effortless. The halyard is used to raise the sail.  A furling line is used to lower the sail (like a head sail).  A third ratchet release line unlocks the drive box lock when raising the sail.  Existing winches can be used along with most existing line hardware.
