Dougall-

I am very remiss in not contacting you months ago regarding my experience with my new Furlboom which was installed on my Freedom 45 sailboat in late spring 2011 by Sail Place, Waukegan, IL. I love it! The boom works as advertised. I had some reservations about the free standing carbon fiber mast, but those concerns disappeared the first time I raised and lowered the main. There have been no problems to date. And the new Doyle main has also performed without a hitch. I enjoy using the boat so much more now that sail handling is a snap. And I can sail safely and confidently with inexperienced crew.

Thank you for your help and encouragement.
